Robert is a healthcare entrepreneur with over a decade of experience leading and growing innovative healthcare companies. He played a key role in the successful sale of a hospice company to private equity in 2022, showcasing his strategic leadership. In addition to his business endeavors, Robert is passionate about ministry and serves on multiple boards supporting leadership health, church planting, and global outreach efforts.
Casey has dedicated his career to mobilizing private capital, business leadership, and strategic partnerships across both domestic and international markets. He has served as an investor, advisor, and strategist to business owners, C-suite executives, investment firms, global nonprofits, and international organizations. At Hanomi, Casey leads governance, growth, and value-creation initiatives across the company's portfolio of healthcare organizations. He is passionate about building sustainable businesses that create meaningful impact for patients, employees, and shareholders alike. Casey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and a Master of Science in International Management Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Patricia’s passion for healthcare began early, inspired by her mother’s 30-year career as a med-aide. After earning her CNA in high school, she pursued LPN and RN degrees, gaining experience in ICU before transitioning to home health and hospice in 2000. Over the past 20 years, Patricia has founded two hospice companies, grown seven others, and helped with the sale of one to private equity. She is driven by her unwavering commitment to serving patients and caregivers with compassion and dedication.
Kevin Lindley, CPA, has extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and business owners on strategic tax planning and compliance. He specializes in helping navigate complex financial matters, including business transitions, multi-entity structures, and state and federal tax issues, while providing practical guidance aligned with their long-term financial goals. Known for his proactive approach and ability to simplify complex tax concepts, Kevin serves as a trusted advisor seeking clarity and confidence in financial decision-making. In addition to his client work, he plays an active role in mentoring emerging tax professionals and fostering collaboration across service teams to deliver a high-touch client experience. Kevin earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from Baylor University, is a licensed CPA in Texas, and has been with Beaird Harris since 2017.
Santhosh is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience in hospice, home health, behavioral health, and post-acute care operations. Having served as CEO of multiple healthcare organizations and as a healthcare CFO, he brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, Medicare and Medicaid oversight, survey readiness, reimbursement integrity, quality programs, and organizational governance. He currently serves as President and Executive Director of City of Hope Missions, a residential treatment center for at-risk youth, while continuing to lead several private business ventures. His background combines operational leadership, financial stewardship, and compliance-focused management to support sustainable growth and organizational excellence.
Ashley brings over seven years of experience in healthcare operations, including hospitals, clinics, medical research, and post-acute care. She played a key role in supporting the successful sale of a hospice company in 2022 and is skilled in CRM, leadership, program development, and organizational strategy. She is known for her strong, kind, and detail-oriented approach across all disciplines.
Scott has been a CEO for the last 25 years, leading multi-billion-dollar businesses and tens of thousands of employees. His companies have been voted one of the best places to work in healthcare multiple times. He's started two companies from scratch, one of which is a $30B international company today. Harvard Business School even profiled one of his start-ups in a case study. He's written nine books, is the executive producer of an upcoming streaming series in development and has even worked as a celebrity bodyguard. He now knows all of this business-success has been "vanity" and "chasing after the wind". In fact, his greatest story is tied to being a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband of 39 years, a father of two daughters, and grandfather to three boys.He is on a mission to give, to serve, and to love unselfishly, as he strives to help others find fulfillment in life, both professionally and personally.
Dr. Doug brings a unique theological acumen, as well as value added experience in leadership of national and international organizations. During his career, he oversaw 2,200 chaplain care teams who supported over 1.2M people. He now serves at the CEO Forum as a discipleship fellow for other c-suite executives. Doug has written 15 books, many on leadership development, the most recent (2020) with Peter Greer, “Succession, Successful Succession for Leaders.” He focuses the majority of his time on shepherding others.
With more than 35 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, and principal investing, Steve has advised and led transactions across a broad range of industries and capital structures. He currently serves as Managing Director of MWB Investments, LLC, where he focuses on partnership investments in multifamily real estate throughout Texas and Florida. Previously, he held senior leadership roles including Managing Director at GCA Savvian, Co-Managing Partner of The Grosvenor Funds, and Co-Head of Investment Banking at Thomas Weisel Partners. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Alex Brown & Sons, ultimately serving as Head of Global Advisory Services and overseeing one of the firm's most successful M&A practices. Throughout his career, he has advised business owners, boards, investors, and management teams on strategic transactions, growth initiatives, and value creation opportunities.
